Condition for Returns & Exchanges: All items must be returned or exchanged in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Shipping Costs for Returns: For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or preference, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to Nassj.

Cotton Shrinkage: Please note that cotton fabrics may experience a slight shrinkage, typically within the range of 4-6%, which is normal. Should your cotton item shrink beyond this expected range due to a manufacturing issue, we will be happy to exchange it for you.
